What is Mobile Fuel?
Mobile Fuel is a member only mobile automotive service company. Mobile Fuel delivers gasoline to members directly into their vehicles at home or work. Mobile Fuel also provides on-site refueling services to business vehicles.
How does it work?
It's easy. First sign up for an annual membership. Then, select the preferred service delivery time you would like on our new membership form. Finally, relax while Mobile Fuel's technicians services your vehicle whenever and where ever your vehicle is parked.
How long does it take?
Services generally takes about 5 to 8 minutes. Service time may vary based on proximity to the traffic and other factors.
How much do it cost?
Mobile Fuel do not charge for delivering top-tier premium gasoline. Our daily fuel rate is based on area's Fuel Gauge Report. Cleaning windows and routine safety checks are complimentary.
When and how do I pay for my order?
All service transactions are paid for immediately after the services are completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash.
Do I need to tip the Fuel Technician?
You are not required to tip your Fuel Tech. However, if you feel inclined to do so, the Fuel Techs accept tips, via cash or credit card. If you would like to offer a tip, feel free to leave whatever you think is fair for the Tech's performance of the delivery. 100% of the tip goes directly to the Fuel Tech.
What if I place a service order and then want to cancel?
You can cancel an order at any time at or before notification without any penalties. If you confirm service and then cancel, there will be a $10 cancellation fee. However, if the valet comes to your location and you cancel, we will charge you for the minimum service.
